Mobile Service Delivery – Community support
We offer flexible, mobile support services delivered in the home, school, or community by meeting young people in the environments where they feel safest and most at ease. Providing support in familiar settings helps reduce barriers to engagement, fosters meaningful relationships, and supports skill development in real-life contexts.
Community-based sessions allow us to:
- Support emotional regulation in everyday environments
- Embed practical routines and strategies within daily life
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and educators
- Promote generalisation of skills and long-term positive outcomes
This approach enables us to tailor interventions in ways that are responsive, respectful, and grounded in the young person’s lived experience.
* Travel charges are applied in line with NDIS guidelines:A maximum of 30 minutes each way may be claimed, capped at $96.99 per direction, where applicable. We’ll always discuss travel needs and availability with you during the intake and planning process to ensure transparency and access.
