Online & Gaming-Informed Therapy
We recognise that many young people feel most comfortable and connected in digital spaces. Our online and telehealth services offer flexible, accessible therapy options for young people and their families ... no matter where they are. Whether due to preference, location, or specific needs, these services provide the same therapeutic depth and quality as our in-person sessions.
Telehealth & Online TherapyThrough secure digital platforms, we offer individual and family sessions that support emotional wellbeing, social development, and practical skill-building. This option is especially helpful for young people with sensory sensitivities, social anxiety, or those living in rural or remote areas.
Gaming-Informed TherapyWe also offer a specialised approach for young people who engage deeply with gaming. We understand that gaming is more than a pastime ... it can be a meaningful part of a young person’s identity, a form of connection, a coping strategy, and at times, a source of challenge.
Our gaming-informed therapy offers support to:- Engage in counselling sessions through safe, secure online platforms- Explore the role of gaming in a young person’s life in a curious, non-judgemental way- Build healthy routines around screen time and gameplay- Address concerns like emotional regulation, social isolation, sleep challenges, or dependency patterns- Use gaming metaphors and experiences as tools to build emotional literacy, motivation, and self-understanding- Coach parents and carers to better understand gaming culture and set collaborative, respectful boundaries
We aim to meet young people where they are—whether that’s in the clinic, at home, or in the digital spaces that matter to them. By embracing technology and recognising the value of digital connection, we help young people and families create healthier, more balanced relationships with screens, each other, and themselves.
